Placing an Order Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on "Click here to buy now" on the product pages to place any items you wish to buy into the shopping basket, you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo and Switch cards as secure payments.
We also accept cash, cheque or postal orders (within the UK only) for orders.
Credit Card Security
Industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption is used to protect your credit card details when you place your order through Barclays merchant services using Protx secure processing or Paypal , No card details are kept by ourselves, and such details are never sent by email.
Shipping & postage
All delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout unless selecting DHL as the shipping method. Where this is selected we will calculate the shipping cost and email instructions to enable you to pay the balance. We can also calculate the cost of shipping by DHL in advance if requested.
We recomend that you send all phones where the value of your phone is More than £28 by at least Royal Mail's Special delivery which covers you for up to £250 against loss or damage, therefore if the phone is lost or damaged you can recover the cost through themselves, for Terms and conditions of there services visit there website below.

Delivery Schedule
All items that are in stock will be dispatched within two working days. If any items are out of stock, we will back order for you. We will inform you as soon as possible in such cases and you will always have the option to cancel one or more items from your order if you would rather not wait. Items placed on back order are dispatched as soon as they become available normally within a maximum 28 days.
Returns Policy
You can always return goods within the first 7 days to us if they are confirmed faulty or were delivered to you in error.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods) except unlocking devices, software, services sent by email and products used for unlocking purposes (because of the nature of the product).
To cancel this contract, you must either complete the webmail below or telephone us on the number below within seven working days of delivery of your order, quoting your order reference number, giving the reason for the return.
You are responsible for returning the items and they must be received by us in a resaleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items.
We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to process payment, collect and deliver the goods, within 30 days, starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation from you.
Items damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receiving them.
Please post all returns, quoting your invoice number together with details for your reason of return and stating whether you require a refund or exchange, to the address on acknowledgement email. Unfortunatly we do not refund for change of mind on unlocking products or services so please ensure you are ordering the correct product.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 28 days of us receiving the item.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 day cancellation period, we operate a 28 day faulty returns period.
All of the products on sale have met our quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased or the goods received are incorrect, please contact us
Goods found to be defective within 28 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement except unlocking devices or products that can be used to unlock a mobile, which will be exchanged or repaired. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
Guarantee
Outside of the 28 day faulty returns period, returned items can not be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Items returned to us will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Our products come with a 12 month exchange/repair guarantee except unlocking devices or products that can be used to unlock a mobile which are covered by a 3 month guarantee because of the nature of the product, the phone unlocking service and unlocking software come with 1 weeks support.
Unlocking products must be confirmed to be faulty by ourselves, we will endevour to help where there is a compatability problem.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Using unlocking equipment & software
All the products we sell & use are tried and tested by ourselves we cannot guarantee 100% unlock with every models. Any use you make of service unlock software/equipment and its consequences is entirely your own responsibility

Any use you make of service software and its consequences is entirely your own responsibility. Service software NOT supplied unless stated in description.
Unlocking services
If we cannot unlock your phone's succesfully we will refund the cost off the unlocking service.
If you are sending the phone from a country other than the United Kingdom, you must indicate on a customs declaration that the phone is being dispatched for repair to minimise duty charges.
Please ensure that you send the phone's well packaged ensuring that the battery is fully charged & that any security codes are removed before posting the phone's. It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone is adequatly covered incase of damage in transit.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason please contact us either by webmail below or by telephone or post using the contact info below.
Customer service is an essential part of our business and satisfaction is our aim, therefore aim to acknowledge complaints within a maximum of five working days with an estimate of how long it will take to resolve the complaint given. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Privacy Policy
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online. This identifies your computer and Internet connection.
Freeyourmobile.com will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, password-protected servers.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
When processing an order, we may require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, e-mail address and contact number. All information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We do, however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of preventing crime. You will be notified in the event of any information being transferred outside the European Economic area.
We may use the e-mail addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Freeyourmobile.com web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Freeyourmobile.com web site.
